Nintex user from aquaculture industry

We are using Nintex for our procurement centre across the company.

Used for the company's purchase order processing.

Yes, they have to email IT support no matter how small the issue is. Which should be an easy fix by the user himself.

I think the workflow does help us identify the right PO approver but it is quite hard to change if approver or requester changed their position.

It is fast once we created users' AD accounts and they could use the system directly.
