Overall Satisfaction with Notion

We use Notion as our database; we check it daily for step-by-step guides, and it has all the information we need for our job.

Pros

  • Organized space.
  • Multiple options.
  • Easy sharing with others.

Cons

  • Simpler navigation.
  • More customisation.
  • More aesthetic interface.
  • Informative.
I still want more customization options, creative space, and simpler navigation. However, it is an invaluable and well-made tool that can help companies educate their employees and keep track of tasks and data. It seems like it is missing something.
Notion is more professional and detailed; it has many options, including the synchronization of different apps (Google Drive, Slack, etc.) and the comment or recommend ability. It seems more suitable for a bigger team than Trello and for a huge amount of data, files, and information. Also, a huge plus is the addition of AI.

It is a useful tool for storing and sharing documents and writing down tasks. Also, I like that we can connect to other apps like Slack, Google Drive, etc., and synchronize our data. On the contrary, It could be more aesthetically pleasing and easier to navigate, maybe slightly more minimal.
