Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is being used to hold our corporate webinars, which we run 4+ times per month. The whole organization uses this platform and I am the main user. Webinars are a large lead generation platform for our company and ON24 has helped us give us the tools we need to make that happen.

  • ON24 is easy to use, both from an internal side and external facing as well. The set up process is straightforward and requires little or no time to onboard a new user.
  • The interactivity you can have with your audience is great. You can insert exit surveys, polls and of course Q&A - which we use for all our webinars.
  • Simulive is a great option for us. ON24 makes it easy for us to record our webinar beforehand and effectively without fail, will run at the time you specify on the ON24 platform.
  • The pricing of ON24 is much more expensive compared to other webinar platforms out there. But when we did our evaluation, we saw that ON24 gave us the features we needed.
  • The reporting interface can be improved. The bare bones of it is useful, but when you want to drill down into more specifics - it becomes a very manual process.
  • ON24 requires Flash. At times, this may be a clunky user experience, but once Flash is enabled, all the rest of the functionality works well.
ON24 integrates very well with Marketo and Salesforce. It is one of the cleanest integrations that we have, compared to previous webinar platforms we used in the past. We create the registration pages on Marketo, then it links with ON24 - which tracks all the registrations and those who attend and missed the webinar.
ON24's support staff has mostly been responsive and quick to resolve questions. They are available via chat window and email/service desk tickets. There have been urgent issues that I needed resolved in the past, and they tried their best to accommodate (or provide the best workaround). Other webinar platforms we worked with in the past have not been as responsive as ON24.
  • Growth of new leads. We've seen our leads grow with webinars, particularly on the ON24 platform.
  • Our webinar performance has gone up compared to our past performance. We grow about 5%+ per quarter, which is huge. ON24 has been very helpful in providing stats and a platform that is easily used.
  • This has helped our internal town hall meetings. We can now stream video and slides on two separate windows (audience view) - providing a better user experience for our employees.
We evaluated vendors such as Webex, GoToWebinar, BrightTALK and Zoom before ultimately choosing ON24. While ON24 wasn't the most affordable option, we felt that ON24 had all the capabilities we needed from a business and attendee experience standpoint. Other companies did not integrate with our CRM system as well, or the experience was very complicated to navigate.
ON24 works perfectly for a larger business that frequently hosts webinars and trainings. It is easy to use from an internal and external standpoint. There are an unlimited amount of events you can make on this platform.
ON24 may not work well for a smaller business that don't normally host webinars or trainings. There are other options out there which are more affordable than ON24.
