Initially we had a lot of really big events happening on the platform which was very new to us. We felt very supported by our ON24 team in the early days to get us up and running. We jumped through hoops to get training scheduled in really quickly and additional support was only a phone call or email away. On24 is very big on the client learning and embracing the platform so they can do-it-yourself and in the beginning they really helped us get adjusted and off on the right foot.

A particular technical support representative/ platform support individual, took my closed captioning inquiry very seriously and helped adjust all the time codes manually. I normally ask our captioning company to do this now, but at that time the fact that the individual went above and beyond in resolving my issue was refreshing and I am always happiest to work with that individual.

We had a big meeting recently where users or attendees were attending On24 and Webex and had to switch back and for for a 2-day event between both platforms. On24 was a godsend for helping us out and maneuvering their platform side to link up at the times that we need them when we weren't on Webex.

Our customer success and account manager always provides great support. They either answer our question in great detail with supporting documents or they will bring in specialists to help us with questions we have. It was great to work with them so far and the whole on24 team. They really help transition us to digital really well.

I wouldn't qualify this as exceptional, however, I had contacted support and found out a colleague in another territory was encountering the same problem. Apparently, they had notified that colleague that they were already looking into the problem for me. I was encouraged by the fact they were already looking into when she had encountered the problem

Just the other day one of our sales team members went into our profile and deleted a scheduled webinar by accident which deleted all of the data and the registrations. They were panicked because the webinar was the next day. I spoke to ON24 and within an hour they were a new to go into the backend and reverse what had happened without missing a beat.

There was a time when due to climatic conditions presenters were not able to join the webcast and we had to reschedule the webcast. ON24 took a great care in quick moving the webcast and also doing a semi live event for the second batch of people to over come the disaster.

I messed up an event start time and did not catch it until 40 min before. Because the event had already concluded I could no longer access the settings. I was able to start a chat session and have the event time changed within 20 min, allowing me to run everything as scheduled.

We had an issue where a speakers audio wasn't coming through clear during a presentation, so we had a different speaker cover it while I called On24. They had someone logged into our back-end within 1 minute and they were diagnosing the issue and seeing what was wrong.

It turned out the connection the user had from their office phone wasn't strong and On24 was not connecting the call correctly to On24. With that we had them switch over to a cell phone and they were able to resume the presentation within minutes. It was truly a great response time and they were extremely helpful.

Yes! This morning we realized we had a slide upload error 15 minutes before the start of our webinar. I reached out to On24 support, and they quickly reformatted the PowerPoint file, uploaded it, and the slides were live exactly 1 minute before we had to go live for our webinar. The support was quick, effective, timely, and saved our webinar!

There was a few features that they didn't currently have on their platform that many clients had thought would be a great addition. ON24 listen to their clients and started to work on the development of it. They were able to actually release the updates in a very quick time frame.

I once accidentally deleted an impending webinar with over 1000 registrants, and our rep called me back within 5 minutes and the webinar was restored within 15 minutes. I'm sure this happens all the time, and there are procedures for restoring a deleted webinar, but I didn't think about that at the time. Only panic ensued. So it was a huge relief.

Our audio was cutting in and out during the start of a live webinar presentation. It.Was.BAD! I contacted support and they provided me with the emergency number to talk with a representative immediately. This person was able to log in and correct the problem and stayed on for a bit to make sure there were no other issues.

With past webinar platforms, we couldn't find a person to talk to, let alone any significant support feature we could use to find what we were looking for.
