OneDrive and you're done!
Overall Satisfaction with OneDrive
I use OneDrive for almost all my work files. Files I create and files I receive from my clients. The use of OneDrive allows me access to those files from multiple devices so if I am out with a client I can still have access to whatever I store in OneDrive.
Pros
- OneDrive makes it easy to save files to the cloud.
- Simple setup on your computer.
- OneDrive allows access on multiple devices away from my main desk.
Cons
- I've not had any negative experience with OneDrive.
- A limited no cost option is a plus.
- Included with Office 365 is a plus.
OneDrive seems to work similarly to both Apple iCloud and Google Drive. I have used Apple iCloud for a longer time and tend to keep all my personal files in iCloud. But for my small business, I mainly use OneDrive.
I have used Google Drive less and mainly for collaboration with colleagues. Google Drive seems to work fine, however, splitting my business files into two separate entities just doesn' make sense to me for the way I organize my files.
