Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

We just started to use OnPay to run payroll for our organization. Small scale business with 4 employees, but the software is very easy to use.

Pros

  • Onboarding Process
  • Migration of Payroll Services from previous provider
  • Sales process and follow through
  • Time savings and ease of use allows me not to waste time in software and making money.
Support and onboarding has been beyond excellent
I say, "simple stupid" as a compliment because it is so easy to log into and use. Great UI and so easy to use and pick up.
We used TriNet for over 2 years then they did away with our product and tried to add a bunch of bells and whistles that we didn't need. It wasn't about the money, it was about how awful their sales and support approach was on why we left. That and they had "issues" and missed payroll because their system crashed.
