Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

We use Onpay across our organization which includes two companies. It helped reduce our payroll costs greatly.

Pros

  • Customer service is great. So many ways to address questions.
  • It is user friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

  • The only issue I've had is when we use FFCRA sick time I have some difficulty seeing where the deductions happen.
  • Wait times for customer service have increased.
  • OnPay has had a great impact on our overall objective which was to cut costs.
I would say support is one of the best features OnPay has. You can call, chat or email. With ADP I was always on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. They also did not have chat when I was with ADP.
OnPay is super easy to use. If I don't know something it doesn't take long to figure out just by navigating the website. If I still can't figure something out I usually "chat" with them and it's easily resolved.
ADP was great but expensive. OnPay has the same features at a better cost.

OnPay has been extremely easy to use after switching from another payroll company that we had used for years. Very user friendly.

Using OnPay

3 - We only use OnPay for payroll processing. We have 3 users in case the main user is not available.
3 - Only the main user typically uses OnPay. The other 2 are merely backup.

We have no intention of not renewing our use of OnPay. It's very cost efficient and user friendly.
