Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

I recently switched to OnPay for my company's fairly simple payroll needs.

Pros

  • Quick and streamlined website
  • Easy, proactive onboarding
  • Quick to respond to questions

Cons

  • The help section could include all the terms they use, as they aren't all standard uses
  • Time savings, as I lost a lot of time dealing with my previous provider
The onboarder rep was great.
The website is clean and simple.
