Fantastic first payroll experience

We just completed our first payroll, but their onboarding team held our hand through the entire process and actually got on a call (at their prompting) to walk us through that first pay run.

I think their software is fairly easy to use. There are, however, a lot of options, so it's always tricky to organize those in an intuitive way.

We are a very small company, and this is our first employee and first payroll run, so we were very ignorant and wanted to ensure we did it right. OnPay's onboarding process of assigning a representative to walk us through the first payroll was amazing and critical to our feeling comfortable with the platform. Elise was so friendly and helpful, and I knew we made the right choice with OnPay!
