Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Web Experimentation

We currently use Optimizely Web Experimentation to encourage customers to sign up for additional services within products that will increase customer satisfaction and create a better frequent return experience.

Pros

  • Best solution identifier
  • Predicting how long an experiment will need to run
  • Has given us a common platform to use across the org to ensure consistency among how we track towards achieving set goals.
No integration with Adobe Experience Manager.
Increased customer satisfaction across the entire customer journey.
Increasing the odds of conversion.
