Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Web Experimentation

We present multiple product offerings to our customers, but what order makes the most sense? Should we lead with our most premium product or catch their attention and then have them discover better options? Does the same work for every customer? (Not likely) - this is where web experimentation is helping us.

Pros

  • A clear understanding of how the test is performing to the main KPI.

Cons

  • Ability to understand impacts against our more transactional data.
  • It prevents us from spending time and effort on the wrong experiences.
I think it does a good job and is an excellent tool.
It gives (or will give) much more visibility into what we're working on and planning.
The feature set and ecosystem for Optimizely seemed much more robust and scalable.
