Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Outreach is used by our Sales Department. The problem that Outreach addresses pertains to the ability to scale outbound efforts while having visibility into the performance of campaigns.

Outreach is more intuitive and has proven to continually add to the capabilities within the platform. Outreach is more than an email tracking/sending platform. You gain important insights into companies that you are reaching out to and can tailor your message accordingly.
Outreach is great for scaling outbound efforts across multiple team members. Our company uses the reporting within Outreach to gain further insight into the performance of our campaigns. With this information, we are able to make key decisions to increase our performance. We know who is viewing our emails, what time of day results in the best open rate, and multiple other data points.

Another huge advantage built into Outreach is their overview of prospects. In one location, you can see company news, notes added by reps and the history of a prospects engagement.
