Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is being used by our sales department as part of our outbound strategy. It allows our sales team to reach out to particular groups of prospects with tailored message, whilst saving time on generating individually sent messages to each prospect. The tool allows us to reach out to more prospective clients in an effective and organised manner.

Cons
- Time zones should be automated when the number is put in. It is laborious to add it individually and leaves you unaware of which time zone your prospects are in.
- Can be painful to mass edit
I do not tend to generate reports. The reporting that I have used is sufficient. It gives an idea on volume.

Outreach success team have been a pleasure. I have always had positive experiences when I've required their support.
