Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I love it, so much better than manual email processes.
Used to email prospects, set up templates, sequences, and canned responses. Huge time saver!

Pros

  • Sequencing - Drip Marketing
  • Task management
  • Snippets/Canned Responses

Cons

  • at times can be clunky
  • as a user, limited by admin to edit templates
  • not much to complain about, great tool!
Basic activity reports around call and email volumes, yes can get all the data I need very easily
  • Huge time saver
  • Able to mass email large groups of prospects
  • Tokens allow for "custom" messaging that is easy to use and create.
Support is great, rarely do we have any issues. I have never had to contact them for anything in 12 months.
Similar to HubSpot, I found Outreach to be a tad easier to use and simple to create sequences, manage tokens for canned responses, etc.
Awesome email automation tool, looking to market into a large group of prospects, or respond to inbound contacts this is a huge time saver.
