Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Both of our Sales & BDR teams use Outreach every single day. We have optimized Outreach with Dialpad as the voice component to increase productivity on outbound calls, logging activity, and syncing back to Salesforce for Management visibility. Outreach is able to keep all agents more organized, informed, and able to exceed their weekly sales activity.
Pros
- Easy sequencing leading to more self-sourced leads
- Easily syncs information and call activity back to Salesforce for manager visibility
- Ability to import leads on a daily basis within active sequences to continue to improve upon outbound numbers
Cons
- Creative idea: Much like some vendors have a mini-dialer within Salesforce, it would be interesting to see how Outreach could do something similar to keep everything within one window instead of multiple open tabs
Many of the reports come from managers and directors above us Account Executives and BDRs. They focus on daily activity ranging from outbound calls, outbound emails, leads added, active leads, active sequences and new leads generated. We have not seen near the detailed reports that Outreach offers and are extremely happy with it in place.
