Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I'm on the Business Development team and I use Outreach everyday to organize my prospects and stay on top of my daily tasks. It allows me to work fast and efficiently. Which in turn has allowed me to exceed my goals and generate more revenue for the business. It is a very effective tool that I will continue to use.

Pros

  • Draws online information about prospects automatically, cutting out time on my end doing the research.
  • Task reminders help me stay on top of my workflow.
  • Ability to quickly send emails with saved templates.

Cons

  • The task reminders could be a little more pronounced to add more pressure to complete.
  • Integration to our CMS could be a little tighter.
  • It could offer a Dark Mode for users for better visibility and softer on sensitive eyes.
  • Time saved on research tasks.
  • Time saved on organizing lead lists in other platforms.
  • More meetings generated by efficiently contacting prospects.
I can't think of anything different I would offer with Outreach. It has all the tools to be able to grow any business, if utilized properly. The ability to handle large lead lists and keep them all organized is invaluable to my business development goals. Staying on top of the several leads in different industries becomes significantly simpler with Outreach.
Outreach is the first management tool that I've used that has all the features it offers. I was able to quickly and easily learn the tools through the guided tutorials and training videos. It gave me the confidence I needed to use the software properly and successfully. I'm not the most tech-savvy guy and this is an easy interface to navigate.
I don't have other experience with other similar products. Outreach, being my first, has been very user-friendly and I don't see the need in exploring other options at this point in my career.

It is my job to generate leads and be consistent with reaching out and following up until an effective contact has been made. I use Outreach to organize and sequence my leads, which allows me to seamlessly build that list and reach out in an organized manner. Customizing the sequences has been beneficial as well.
