Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach specifically for bulk sending emails and keeping BDRs/SDRs/AEs organized in their prospecting efforts. Typically, each rep utilizes a dialer, a set of strategic sequences and the ability to import/export leads to ensure we are efficiently keeping in contact with our target personas. On top of this, the Salesforce integration has proven to be especially helpful when it comes to tracking progress and touchpoints.
Pros
- Creates tasks for sales rep to stay on top of their leads
- Provides many options when it comes to customizing sequences
- Integrates with other tools in our tool stack
Cons
- The Chrome extension can be very buggy
- The Deals tab does not integrate very seamlessly with Salesforce
- Would be nice if it were easier to update leads' contact information
- On average, I save about 8-10 hours a week by sequencing leads as opposed to manual prospecting
- Outreach has helped me book 1-2 additional meetings per day
- I've increased the number of leads I contact per day by over 300%
I have used Outreach AI capabilities mostly through email composition and replies. In this case, it has been helpful in providing a framework for an email response to a customer. Although, I do not typically feel over confidently in the original message that the AI drafts up - it usually requires at least a little bit of tweaking in order to be ready to send off.
Outreach is designed with a workflow-first approach, which helps ensure that reps adopt the process and allows AI and machine learning to understand the full funnel. On top of this, Outreach offers more robust functionality, reporting, and integrations than other competitors. Outreach also understands user workflows, which helps influence rep behavior and outcomes.
