I use it for outreach and reaching out and cold calling others. It helps keep track of sequences as well which helps a lot with contacting and new business.

Outreach is very scalable as you can contact both small and large companies at the same time which helps when it comes to growing a business. I can't imagine doing my day to day work without Outreach.

AI Capabilities

I have not used it much as I do not think it is that great.

Usability

It has a good UI and things on the platform are very easy to learn and adapt to.

Salesloft, Groove, a Clari company and HubSpot Sales Hub

I like Outreach because it seems to be the most efficient and easiest to use.
