For alerting purposes, we have integrated PagerDuty with messaging application and for all network alerts, we directly get the notification in our application, so we don't need to have a separate application for the same. We also have enabled emails for notification which help the teams to work on the issue as soon as possible

PagerDuty has been very significant when it comes to alerting about any issues. This helps in reliability and maintaining the infrastructure efficiently.
Our organization has integrated it with Slack and there is a separate channel for PagerDuty alerts, so team members directly get alerted in their systems about any critical, high, medium, or low-priority alerts.
We can directly acknowledge alerts from the Slack application as per the criticality of the alert.
Dashboard helps a lot in knowing what kinds of alerts we are getting frequently and how we can work on remediating it
