Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc for creating, submitting, and signing proposals and contracts with clients.
Pros
- Solid document editor.
- Easy to sign for both parties.
- Able to accept credit card payments with Stripe from within the contract, which I think reduces friction around payment.
- Easy to build templates and customized fields.
Cons
- Feel their price is a bit on the high side.
- Some might view their focus on proposals and contracts only as a weakness (vs. tying in timesheets, etc.) but I think it creates a better product for what they focus on.
- It's really streamlined our proposal, document signing, and invoicing/payment workflow. I feel like the time saved is significant.
- Getting payments right in the proposal has some direct ROI because it reduces resistance to closing deals.
I preferred PandaDoc's document editor.
