Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use it for sales proposals and agreements across the team (inc. employee agreements).
  • Integration with CRM.
  • Price catalog.
  • Templates and content sections.
  • E-sign.
  • Xero integration puts the invoice to contact not the business/account.
  • Reduced cost of sales by at least 2 hours/deal.
  • Embedded video has won me deals!
PandaDoc has much better CRM integration.
Support has overall been good, but I did have an instance where I had to wait a while for a ticket to be answered.

PandaDoc is great for any service business or anyone selling a product where they don’t need to track stock quantities. It is particularly good when paired with a CRM like Copper.
