Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is used by our sales team. It provides access to customizable proposal templates and works with our CRM's quoting system to simplify administrative work.

Pros

Cons

  • Compatibility with our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Totaling options on fee tables.
  • Saves time.
I am not the decision maker, as previously indicated in your survey.
It is well suited for straight forward billing cycles and tech-savvy end users. We do have some issues with our clientele being able to use the software as our industry in general is a little antiquated.
