Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc as our main solution to create sales proposals and contracts, keep track of the versions and store the signed documents for future needs.
  • The integration with HubSpot CRM is awesome and easy to do.
  • It helps us keep track of all customer related documents in one place.
  • PandaDoc offers a great user interface with highly customizable options.
  • Approval workflows are executed flawlessly.

We use all of the tools available within PandaDoc as well as the integrations the nice thing about the platform is that it just works and it does have a huge impact on productivity and consistency across the commercial process. It provides awareness on a whole new level.
For us there is two aspects traceability and opportunity. Fist we can track down all the different versions, look at all the changes, get back to previous versions if needed and check on the comments for each version. Also because we are always discussing on the same basis, reaching agreements and uncovering new opportunities is something that happens often.

Finally, thanks to the streamlining of approval workflows it makes it easy on the managers and supervisors.
