Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is being used by our sales team. It is very helpful for us! It is really easy to use. It [simplifies] a lot of the relationship with our clients, especially the contract phase, since it has a lot of templates and features that make our work faster and easier. Easy to navigate user interface, ability to create folders with documents is very helpful in document structurization. The dashboard is very helpful in case you have a lot of documents in progress and you need to conclude some statistics on them.

Definitely, the ESignatures turned out to be very helpful for us, since we celebrate a lot of new agreements with customers every day. Additionally, the possibility of reusable templates is really helpful for us.
It contributes to [reducing] the amount of paper we use in our company and increased the speed at which clients sign up for the process because they can easily sign-up on mobile or desktop.
The documents we create with PandaDoc are mainly proposals and therefore they are very similar to each other. I think those documents not only look as very professional as they look that comes from our company. Because of the colors we choose (between all that are available in PandaDoc) we could give to those documents our identity and that is because of the possibilities we have.
I actually did not use other products- We choose PandaDoc because some colleges recommended it to us.

Once we start using PandaDoc, it was much easier to collect our client's signatures and it really contributes to [making] our sales process faster and faster.
