Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use it to get digital signatures on tax returns and other documents. We used to use pdfs and had clients sign and scan back. Pandadoc has changed the process completely. It is so easy to use and has made the process much more efficient. During lockdown we were able to process tax returns more efficiently using digital signatures with Pandadoc.

I only use digital signatures
love the notifications as they let you know if the client has access the file. The mobile-friendly eSignature capability is fantastic as many older clients only have cell phones. It is easy for them to access it and digitally sign. In the past, we wouldn't have been able to get digital signatures from our older, non-computer friendly clients.
It is very professional looking. The interface is easy to use and easy to understand. My only complaint would be the name. It doesn't sound that professional. It sounds like a video game or something, rather than a secure software. When I email clients that a file is coming, I worry if they worry about the security.

none are in list - they are Canadian. We have used e-courier, but we didn't like it as when the clients signed, they didn't actually sign the document, they just authorized them, so you didn't have a final document with a signature on it, just a document certifying that it was signed.

it is a great way to get digital signatures from clients. It worked great for Tax returns. We use it for all client documents that require signatures. I love how you can see the stage of a document and know whether they had opened or read it yet. The process on the client end is simple and they rarely needed assistance.
