1. The free tier is a good start for a sample of PandaDoc where we then upgrade to the paid plan to enhance the user experience for both internal and external users 2. The features are comprehensive. 3. The platform is intuitive for both internal and external users. there is no need for step-by-step guides 4. Navigation is clear.

Workflow is easy to access. Features are comprehensive. The platform is intuitive, no need for step by step guide, great for internal and external user.
Real-time email notification of the status of the document is useful. We get notified if they have not received the signed documents, and we will remind the person who is outstanding on the platform. So everything will be done on 1 platform.
