Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is a quick and convenient way to send agreements. The automation saves a ton of time and allows me to get more done. The ability to track the progress of an agreement is also a great feature. Being able to see if the document has been viewed and how long the client has spent on each page gives added insight in case any questions arise. Compared to others in the same arena... PandaDoc is by far the King and I couldn't imagine using anyone else.

Having multiple templates available at a simple click, having products and content to add, and the simplicity of the eSignature make work life so much easier. PandaDoc has allowed me to take a process that would normally take sixty to ninety minutes down to fifteen which frees up time to get more agreements out.
Like I have said before, the ability to track the client's progress with an agreement can help when questions arise at the end of the sales process. I couldn't imagine going back to a FAX machine or having a hard copy mailed or hand-delivered. We have come a long way and the future is brighter thanks to PandaDoc.
The documents can be tailored to each client, the process is streamlined because of the ability to use templates. It is easy to create a professional agreement and get it to the client in a matter of minutes. The documents are clean and precise and make the customer experience so much better than it was before using PandaDoc.

Like I said earlier in this survey, using PandaDoc on a daily basis is saving my sales team so much time compared to when we used DocuSign. A process that used to take sixty to ninety minutes can now be done in fifteen which frees up time and bandwidth to accomplish more in any given business day.

In my day to day, PandaDoc saves me time because of how easy it is to use. The program is intuitive and has been customized to our business needs. We used to use DocuSign and since we switched over to PandaDoc, I couldn't imagine work life without the convenience of PandaDoc.
