Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Ability to capture document signatures on sales contracts as well as internal documents that need signing by multiple parties. For example, we have contract sales people that sign tax documents and employment NDA's. With our customers we are able to route signatures, change contract terms, and track changes throughout the process.

The embedded signatures and content library were two particularly helpful tools. Drag and drop to add a new document could not be easier to utilize and more importantly train others. I particularly like the ability to add the signature fields like date, text, and signature lines. It literally takes me minutes to set up a new contract specific to a new customer.
I have PandaDoc consolidated into HubSpot for the company as well as through our Google Workplace platform. It is the only tool we use no matter which department.
Once the signatures, dates, text are added and participants have signed the documents look clean, professional, and official.

Easily started to our business needs, low cost, and provides a chain of custody documentation that will protect our company legally. Integration into HubSpot was particularly easy and provided an immediate impact on our sales process and business operations. Integration with HubSpot makes it easy for progress tracking and determining next steps.
