Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
Pandadoc is used by my organization to generate proposals, NDAs, and other documents. We utilize the e-signature abilities to send legally binding documents to our customers. We've integrated Pandadoc with our SugarCRM system so that sales proposals can be generated with amazing ease. I am able to put a proposal together in minutes and the information from my opportunity in the CRM is automatically pulled in and populated into the template. It saves me so much time and frustration.

- You should be able to insert a table from an Excel sheet more easily. I don't know why you can't do that.
- Time saved.
- Timing on customer contact improved - you can be notified when they open the document and can call them.
We use templates to generate proposals quickly and with a consistent appearance. The content library allows us to store saved blocks of content that can be reused from proposal to proposal. eSignature cuts down on time on closing the deal.
All of these features are tracked within Pandadoc. It provides a holistic view of the deal and changes that have occurred.
