Before PandaDoc, we utilized conventional products like DocuSign. As we began to scale our sales team, having a product that wasn’t license or usage restrictive and still allowed on the fly modifications became much more important. Now instead of static contracting, we are able to incorporate, modify and provide incentives and overcome objections, all part of the sales process. This has led to fewer misunderstandings regarding “we owe”, faster turnaround on agreements, more sales, and sped up vendor onboarding with large auto groups.

- With the legal arena being what it is in the automotive space, dealer groups have agreement/contract processes and protocols that are vetted by legal teams…something which takes time..a deals natural enemy usually. But with Panda Doc we know our core essential legal clauses but have the flexibility to modify to integrate with larger groups in multiple states without long legal reviews.
- Client needs to take out renewal clause. No problem give me a minute and I can modify language to set a modified term with no renewal but a bump in monthly costs as an offset…time check -2 minutes. I can’t stress how much that has helped increase our teams efficiency and win rate.
One of the best features of Panda Doc is that all of the communication in the deal as it nears the closing cycle is all around the agreement…both internally and externally. Flexing expiration dates, start dates, and one-off incentives motivated all parties to stay on task into a deal ratified by all parties.

- The expected benefit that may not be as clear is the use of Panda Doc supports data driven decision making..tying business analytics and deal/sales processes together, increasing stalk efficiency and morale.
