The best agreement management software I have ever used.

For every agreement we have, we created a reusable template. This allows staff to easily create agreements with room to customize before sending them out. We also make use of their integrations, especially with Intergroimat (Now known as Make). This allows us to replace the manual actions we previously had to perform and the system is fully automated.

It really looks great, our customers love it and have asked us if we can help them implement this in their organizations. That speaks for itself :)

The key functionality we wanted from Panda was the ability to manage our Enterprise client's SLAs. This involves the generation of a customizable document, adding relevant stakeholders with specific signing orders, negotiation, and adjustments of the agreement before conclusion and the final signature of the agreement. Then to perform automation once the agreement is done which triggers the customer onboarding.
