Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

When we first started TwentyThree.Five we were sending contracts via email and hoping our clients would be able to sign, scan, and send it back without a problem. PandaDoc was a lifesaver in sending agreements, especially to our larger clients! It allows our clients to easily view and sign all online, and we have never had an issue. We use PandaDoc for all our legal agreements after a proposal has been agreed on.
  • Very easy to put a new document together in the builder.
  • Very easy to send documents to clients via email.
  • Very easy customer experience, they know where to sign and how to sign easily.
  • Being able to add or remove signature boxes without deleting previous signatures.
  • PandaDoc has significantly improved our close rate. Before we would lose clients because the signature process wasn't clean enough.
  • As the Senior Account Manager, I have saved hours and hours troubleshooting the contract signature process since using PandaDoc.

I love how easy it is for me to drag and drop a new PDF into PandaDoc, and it takes me right to the builder where I can add dates and signature boxes. Being able to customize with drag and drop eSignatures as well as dates and other elements has made creating contracts significantly easier.
I like being a part of the contract process, even when we are using a tool like PandaDoc. PandaDoc allows our clients to view and sign our agreements from their phones. When our clients reach a new step in the signing process, I get a notification letting me know! I feel like I am with the client as they are signing, able to help if necessary, and able to move quickly to the next steps.
The eSignature boxes are drag and drop, so we are able to customize our agreements professionally and easily. Our clients receive a custom message when I send the agreement to them, I often include simple instructions and next steps that let the client know where we are in the sales process.

PandaDoc is perfect for small to medium businesses looking for a way to easily send online contracts. PandaDoc takes all the tricky steps out of the customer experience, leaving an easy and quick signing experience. Any larger companies may need to use a different system built for much larger agreements.
