Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc to create sales proposals, MSAs, NDAs, and employee agreements.
The forms feature makes it very easy for someone to request an NDA with us and for agreements that new hires or contractors need to sign.
The content library and conditional content make customizing sales proposals very easy.

- Create customized documents from a library of content
- Handle e-signatures
- Decrease the back and forth emails when someone needs a standard agreement
- The design tools for sales proposal could be better.
- Importing a PowerPoint or Google Slides file to use as a template would be very helpful
- It has shortened sales cycles
- It has simplified contract management when onboarding contractors or new employees

PandaDoc allowed us to build a content library for putting together sales proposals. The content library and conditional content really speeds things up.
The HubSpot integration allows us to bring over Deal information into the proposal as well.
