The issue was before we used to print to sign the documentation, for customers, new hires even approvals inside of the organization, so now we just built the document that it's necessary to sign and approve and s easy, as select the approvers (to sign) to follow a flow, then with a click on send and the received to review and sign.

This is an awesome tool no matter the time that you receives the document to review and sign it, it's possible do it by the mobile phone, as i mentioned, it's not necessary take a previous training to start using it, it's enough to follow the intuitive UI application and you will be get very good results.
