Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

The issue was before we used to print to sign the documentation, for customers, new hires even approvals inside of the organization, so now we just built the document that it's necessary to sign and approve and s easy, as select the approvers (to sign) to follow a flow, then with a click on send and the received to review and sign.
  • capability to apply a flow to sign but sometimes it can be confuse about who will sign the document.
  • Very easy to upload and sign a document if it necessary.
  • Easy to track the status of the document that we send to sing
  • Pretty good dashboard to track the documents.
  • the PandaDoc deployment helped departments as HR, Sales, IT, Compliance, even supervisors and managers
  • PandaDoc Helped to save money on paper, printed pages and at same time saving time from the employees into the company who needs to approve by signature.
  • At this time we dont have any negative point on it, it fitted perfectly into the company.
Currently, it is used with pre existing documents to send out to the vendor, new hires, CEO, VicePresidents, Etc. but it's so easy to manipulate and manage even from different persons, not really necessary to have training before to use it, it's very intuitive for every single person who has an account to create and send documents.

This is an awesome tool no matter the time that you receives the document to review and sign it, it's possible do it by the mobile phone, as i mentioned, it's not necessary take a previous training to start using it, it's enough to follow the intuitive UI application and you will be get very good results.
So easy to use, even it's not really necessary the support from IT department to learn how to use it.
  • Now the sales people can send to review the contracts, then this contracts can be sing.
  • The Sales people can sent the quotes/invoice to request the sign/approval from the customer on an easy way.
Excellent to to save money and easy to deploy even by SSO where the user will be have the application ready to use, no matter where, no matter at what time, it just simple always ready to use or always ready to sign, on a very secure site tracking the documents.

I love it because is very easy when it's necessary to send a document to sign to another person but sometimes it's complicated when you establish a flow and all of the participants needs to sign the documents, beside that it very capable to do integrations with other applications as well where it makes easier the daily tasks.
