Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc's is our electronic signature solution. It is integrated with Salesforce so all contact information is integrated into the license orders and statements of work that are sent for signature.

Pros

  • Integrates with CRM
  • Provides a simple interface
  • Easy to follow instructions on use

Cons

  • Opening directly through my CRM brings me to a different interface than if I open it directly which can make finding docs a little harder when going directly to the App itself.
  • Eliminate any ads or fundraisers
  • Speeding up the signature process for faster closing
  • Speeding up the sales workflow in general by bringing product and contact information to the order form
  • Allows Account Executives to manage more opportunities by improving workflow efficiency.
PandaDocs is every bit as effective a tool as DocuSign. I do not compare pricing plans to evaluate there but if PandaDocs is less expensive, I would for sure recommend it

Yes

I've only used PandaDocs for sales to get signatures on sales documents. It is very well equipped here and integrates well with our CRM. I have used other e-sign products in the past and PandaDocs is equal to or better in most scenarios for my work.
