Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc primarily to create proposals for our corporate video production company. These proposals include various types of content to present the organization in a positive light to the recipient, including sample videos, logos of other clients, lists of qualifications, etc. We also use these as our contracts to determine pricing, scope, terms, etc.
Pros
- Templates.
- Various Media Type Integration.
- Simplicity of use.
Cons
- It is a bit glitchy.
- It struggles when 2 accounts are looking at the same document simultaneously.
- The new dashboard layout is not very intuitive.
- Improved standardization across company.
- Significantly improved efficiency in proposal writing.
- It is easy to use from the Client perspective
- Employment Contracts.
- Memorandums of Understandings.
- Bills of Sale.
We briefly used Proposify, and it had some nice options for creating more ascetically pleasing proposals and contracts. However, it was far more time-consuming, and any gain in asceticism did not outweigh the significant loss in efficiency, simplicity, and reliability of using PandaDoc, which is why we did not switch.
