Overall Satisfaction with Parallels Remote Application Server

It's being used across the whole firm. Parallels Remote Application Server provides mobility and remote access to all attorneys and legal assistants.
  • Lightweight
  • Easy to set up and manage
  • Friendly interface for users
  • Allow multiple sessions so the technician can also log in and see what's going on on the user's screen.
  • Increases productivity
  • The negative part is people want to work from home and have less presence in the office.
Easy to use and manage compared to LogMeIn. Performance is also better on lower bandwidth.
Deployment was faster.
We don't use HTML 5. Everyone uses Parallels desktop client.
We only use Parallels for remote access
SSL will help secure communication between the user device and their remote desktop.
Support staff are very helpful and patient.

Parallels Remote Application Server is well suited for a mid-sized office that needs remote access solutions for "working from home" users. Offices that don't have a Domain Controller or an existing server should not use it.
