Overall Satisfaction with Parallels Remote Application Server
I'm the controller of the company and all the tools are in a cloud system for me to access it from different places (work or home), Parallels is the tool used in the organization that allow me connect to those tools in a secure manner. I normally use parallels clients on my PC but there is also time that I'm able to get information from my phone.
Pros
- Secure connection.
- Easy to use.
- Compatibility with difference platforms.
Cons
- Microsoft Surface compatibility with no intel cpu
- iPhone functionality
- Scanning features
- Make our business more easy.
- Connection from different systems
- Able to connect from website using HTML5
Parallels is easy since it only allow me to connect and work from the Application needed.
Not aware of it, I'm a simple controller user and not IT.
We have used HTML5 with different browsers and feedback from our customers has been great. Its an alternative solution to connect to our software when a user needs to connect and there is no Parallels client on it.
From controller side Im not able to provide feedback on regards this.
