Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We have been using Paycom for 4 years at this time. They have good support staff, and we have not had any problems. They are always sending out e-mails about government requirements and other pit falls that would be easy to miss if there was no reminder. Their interface is also user-friendly.

Pros

  • Easy interface. Payroll is easy to complete, and support is available if any questions arise.
  • Good support staff. Support is always available to help with questions or concerns. If our particular specialist is not available, one of the assistants takes care of us.
  • Reasonable pricing. Paycom service fees are reasonable.

Cons

  • Sometimes getting in contact with our actual specialist can be difficult, but the assistance team does a good job anyway.
  • Paycom has been a suitable payroll system for my company.
Paycom was the first payroll software system that we tried.
All of my experience with Paycom is through my own small company, for which it is suited fine. Since I do not have any other experience from other industries I am unable to comment on the system's suitability for other industries.
