Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

[It's being used for] Payroll, document review and task management - organization wide.

Pros

  • Paycom is easy to navigate - very user-friendly.
  • The customer support services are great. There is always someone there to help when you call in. They are patient in explaining the solution you need for your question.
  • Paycom is continues to update and improve both the payroll and HR platforms.
  • Paycom offers coding flexibility that is key for non-profit fund accounting. Very comprehensive and intuitive reporting suite.

Cons

  • We don't use it for tracking time off/vacations as that is more unwieldy.
  • Streamlines things for us - overall positive ROI.
  • ADP
I don't remember ADP very well.
Great for payroll, accounting and HR needs. Not so good for managing upcoming vacations.
