Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is our complete HCM solution. While we are using a subset of components specific to our business, we are adopting other product sets from Paycom just about monthly at this point. This solution is deployed company wide. We could not be more pleased with the platform and means by which our employees can use it. Either at their desks, at home, or in their hands - Paycom has been fantastic for TokenEx.
  • Holistic HCM Solution.
  • Integration & On-Boarding.
  • Customer Service & Support.
  • Sometimes it's hard to move as quickly as their on-boarding teams want to move.
  • We were not able to get all of our information to them as quickly as their team was ready to on-board us.
  • It would be great to see an automated on-boarding package. I understand they have an online solution now which solves this problem.
  • Removed risks associated with our Human Capital Management gaps.
  • Provided overwhelming value for the price.
  • Continues to innovate into areas where we need technology and visibility.
Paycom blows the competition away. Price, technology, customer service - These were all points of consideration when we evaluated other solutions. We were not impressed with the likes of companies that tried to offer the breadth of solutions Paycom offers today. Whether we're using all of them or not, our Team understands we will be using them at some point, and Paycom has them already available today.
If you are interested in a solution that meets your needs as a small business, but has the ability to grow with you - it is my humble opinion that Paycom is the best solution in the market. Considering we're a technology firm, adopting technology that reduces our overhead while enabling our employees is a powerful thing.
