Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is currently utilized by our company as an addition to our accounting department's software for payroll purposes. To summarize, the Paycom software allows us to provide the proper deductions to our employees' paychecks.
  • Paycom has a good product and many services options.
  • They have a complete payroll system that can integrate with your current accounting software.
  • The company has above par customer service representatives that are very helpful and always have great attitudes.
  • More assistance in human resource support would be a great option Paycom could consider.
  • Paycom has a good resource of tutorials. It would help to shorted the tutorials to be more quick resource friendly.
  • Any options to add legal advice would be welcome.
  • It has been cost effective with no longer having to pay for services not needed.
  • They have a wide variety of services that we can select to cater to our needs and budget.

We moved over to Paycom for cost savings.
For employees, the Paycom website is very user-friendly to log in and check on payroll information and benefits. From the employer side, when looking up a particular employee that needed to know their benefit elections, is was very quickly accessible.

Using Paycom

6 - For business purposes, our accounting department uses the software for payroll purposes.
6 - Paycom is very user friendly, anyone with basic accounting software knowledge would be able to use it efficiently.
  • It is primarily used for our payroll functions.
  • Our employees can log in to view their pay stubs and to review their benefits.
  • We will continue to review the many options they have to see if one will best fit our needs.
