Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is used throughout our agency. We have 26 programs in 21 locations, so having a platform that streamlines our human resources needs is important to us. Additionally, keeping accurate records of work hours, benefits, and other transactions for all employees is vital to maintaining a healthy and efficient workplace.
  • Paycom allows all employees to track their work hours, especially time related to paid-leave and holiday.
  • As a cloud-based software, our human resources department is able to upload important documents to the platform for all employees to have access to. This is a huge win because documentation is vital in order to process benefits and reimbursements.
  • When logged in and punching in work hours, I would like the system to set the default date to today's date.
  • Paycom has enabled our agency to streamline our human resources processes and information. Employees have one portal where they go to for payroll, benefits, etc.
In my previous work history, I've used ADP and it is quite similar to Paycom. It's hard to say that one is better than the other.
Paycom is great for large and small organizations. Recording keeping is vital to any organization and Paycom provides all the functionality and features that it needs.
