Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom as our weekly payroll provider. We no longer provide paper checks to our employees. All employees access everything through the Paycom app! Our employees are able to access everything they need regarding their paycheck, changing their tax deductions, or printing pay stubs, all from the app! They no longer have to waste time in the office trying to get that information.
- Paycom is very user-friendly!
- Paycom offers a variety of tasks. They even do our background checks now.
- Paycom is always ahead of their competitors.
- The Paycom app used to be more time consuming to log into, however, they have already changed that.
- Paycom has allowed us a stress-free payroll process (and so much more) week after week. We have continued to keep our business with them because they always exceed our expectations.
First of all, the customer service of Paycom is exceptional. This was not our experience at Paychex. Paycom’s services are much more user-friendly.
