Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I use Paycom to input and process payroll and to file quarterly payroll taxes.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • I can log in anywhere and process payroll even when I'm not at the office
  • Good value for services provided

Cons

  • A shorter lead time from when payroll needs to be submitted before check date to avoid fees
  • Paycom has saved time in processing payroll and setting up direct [deposits] for new hires.
Paycom was easy to set up and affordable. Much more convenient [than] picking up paychecks from my CPA office.
Any business that does not have direct deposit, or [that] uses an outside accountant for payroll would be well served by Paycom.

When I have needed additional reports, I have been able to call in and get them generated or a specialist has shown me how to generate the report myself.
I'm the only leader who uses Paycom in my company at this time.
