Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom was used for our HR & Payroll Services. It is a place where both employees and employers can log in.
  • Great implementation team-- very detailed and caters to your needs.
  • A wonderful one stop shop for both payroll and HR services
  • Very easy for employees to log in and see and/or change their information like tax elections and paystubs
  • Could be a little more user friendly. Sometimes you have to do several clicks to get somewhere.
  • A little expensive. A lot of features are not included, but an added price.
  • We switched from Paycor. It had a huge positive impact on Payroll services. We were able to check on check status nd reissue them right away without having to make the employee wait too long like Paycor did.
  • Although Paycor was a little less, we are happy with the features and support that Paycom provided.
Everything. Paycor is a mess. One of the best things about Paycom is that they have a dedicated specialist to help us with any of our requests. I find this really awesome because it allows us to communicate with someone who already has a idea of what our company is like and what kind of requests we need. We also are able to have more control over payroll in regards to check on stop pays, issuing stop pays, and replacing checks..
I will definitely recommend Paycom because we had a good experience with the integration. Many of their features are super cool and super helpful. However, for the LMS, I think it could be a little more customizable
