Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
[Paycom] is being used for Payroll, Time and Attendance, tax collection and payment, new hire reporting, and more. It is being used across or entire Corp (over 1100 employees.) It harmonizes are many different entities and makes reporting and accounting journaling much easier.
- The reporting is wonderful and easy
- It is delightfully easy to make massive updates to employees files
- It is very user friendly to maneuver around
- I love to be able to add additional screens. It makes getting information and not loosing your place with what you were already doing.
- Pricing is outrageous
- Getting info from the other departments (like garnishments, etc) takes way too long.
- There are way too many steps to actually process payroll. Unnecessary screens for each data set etc that you just click through.
- Reporting saves time
- The ability to load payroll by a file saves so much time which saves costs
- The accruals, once properly set up saves time and money because of the accuracy
I was [not] given a choice to use Paycom. Our corporate Payroll Director has only used Paycom and therefore we adopted it. It works fine and can save time but I feel the cost is way to expensive, inconsistent and the total paperless requirement holds you totally hostage and I detest that.
