Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We chose Paycom as our payroll provider over three years ago. But along with Paycom, we've digitized our onboarding to be paperless, something new hires can do on their smartphone. Paycom lso integrates our benefits administration seamlessly. They are also our HRIS for documenting all employee documenting.
- Excellent customer service.
- Onboarding is exceptional.
- They continue to update their website and make it better every month.
- I would like there to be a batch edit function on the timecards, on the employee or client side.
- I am one HR person for 200 employees and Paycom is a major part of how I'm able to keep up.
ADP is a big name and can do a lot of things, but Paycom can do them as well, and I think they can do everything better.
