Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is used by everyone in the organization for time management and to process payroll. Project Management uses Paycom to manage recruitment efforts, onboard new personnel, and communicate official documents with site personnel. Paycom also allows DRG personnel to pull information for reports and analytics. Overall, Paycom assists in the daily operations of the organization and reduces communication gaps.
- Allows for information to be pulled easily for reports and monitoring progress.
- Assists with recruiting personnel and organizing candidates based on experience.
- Provides a user friendly system for employees to enter time worked and manage time off requests.
- It would be helpful to be able to remove unqualified candidates from all areas of the system. This would reduce time spent reviewing past and current candidates.
- Paycom can reduce the administrative duties for certain departments, especially when information is entered correctly.
- Pulling information from Paycom is easy and beneficial when time-sensitive reports are needed.
