Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use the basic products in Paycom. payroll, docs, and checklist, reports. just the basics, what we use works for us.
- user friendly systems for managers
- easy to navigate once you know what you are doing.
- user friendly apps for employees
- giving more information when there are updates in the system. more communication.
- tax being client-facing. we have many things that are pending tax and with us unable to connect with the tax team we are in an endless battle with the IRS with no answers.
- being able to use our specialist as needed. we are never able to connect with her because she is always on other lines with other clients. it would be nice to be able to work with the specialist who knows our setup best.
- onboarding it has saved of tons of time
- PAFs make promotions easy
I am not sure what system they have used here. I have only been here for 3 months. I know they have used ADP and we currently use a few other programs. -bird dog ats -office vibe for surveys -wage works
